As part of the Rush Creek’s wellness program we are pleased to provide on-site yoga instruction led by our certified instructors. Rush Creek provides an unforgettable setting for yoga. A place of calm can be found amongst against the backdrop of Mountain Views. Rush Creek Yoga sessions usually take place in the form of Hatha[TM1]  Yoga, focusing on alignment and breathing.  We welcome all who are interested, from beginners to more advanced levels of experience.  Yoga mats are provided for all yoga activities.

Yoga at Rush Creek is available by request or as part of our regularly scheduled program:

  • Small Group Hatha Flow Yoga Session- Start your morning with an energizing Hatha Flow yoga class. Our trained yoga instructors combine slow and fluid movements, deep stretches and breath work to leave you ready to take on the day! Classes are designed for all ability levels. Must be 15 or older to participate. Advance Reservation Required, 60 minutes classes for $20 per person.

  • Hatha Yoga & Sound Meditation- Awaken your morning with yoga and sound. Tibetan singing bowls will be incorporated throughout this centering yoga session. Beginning with breath work and meditation, you will flow into gentle Hatha stretches and hold postures. The remainder of your time is focused on sound therapy and meditation, replenishing your energy and creating a conscious relaxation. Must be 15 or older to participate. Advance reservation required. 60 minute session, $20 per person.
