This four-course adventure in food and wine is being created for you by Rush Creek’s very own Chef Tony Lemens along with Hess Collection’s delightful Executive Chef Chad Hendrickson and talented Winemaker Alison Rodriguez. Get to know a little more about them here.
Rush Creek’s Private Dining Room will open at 5:30pm for a light splash of a tasty welcome wine, and we’ll dive into dinner at 6:30pm with both Chefs and Alison there to lead us on an entertaining flavor journey.
