Rush Creek Lodge Aerial (Kim Carroll)Rush Creek Lodge Pool and Guest LodgeRush Creek Reception (Kim Carroll)It’s a dream come true to get to live and work at the lodge, with all of Yosemite National Park as your playground on your days off!

Both Rush Creek and our sister property, the Evergreen Lodge, are currently hiring for various seasonal and year-round staff positions.

People are often surprised to learn that we are a small company that is owned and operated by two Bay Area dads who are well-respected stewards of our region, using business as a force for good.  They put their heart and soul into creating incredible Yosemite experiences for guests, and a nurturing work environment where staff can enjoy their time and thrive.

We are a certified B Corporation, rooted in a variety of Social and Environmental programs that we operate and self-fund behind the scenes.

Take a look at our snapshot of how we use BUSINESS AS A FORCE FOR GOOD, and know that when you join our team you can be extremely proud to be making a meaningful contribution too!
