Carrying on the tradition of our sister property, the Evergreen Lodge, Rush Creek Lodge & Spa at Yosemite has a wonderful culture that is due in large part to the hospitality and warmth of our staff.
Most people are surprised to learn that we are a small company that is owned and operated by two Bay Area dads who are well-respected stewards of our region, using business as a force for good. They put their heart and soul into creating incredible Yosemite experiences for guests and a nurturing work environment for staff to enjoy and thrive.
Both Rush Creek and the Evergreen Lodge are currently hiring for various summer, fall and year-round staff positions. We’re updating this page, posting announcements on Facebook, and sending emails to all of our email subscribers with updates. We hope you consider joining us at Rush Creek and enjoying a wonderful experience working and living at beautiful Yosemite National Park.
If you’d like to apply now, we would appreciate it if you would apply using our existing online application site which contains job listings and applications for both Rush Creek and the Evergreen Lodge.
The lodge is a special place to work, just as it is a special place for our guests. We are committed to creating a supportive environment and a rewarding work experience for our staff. While we have high expectations of staff, successful staff members love working at the lodge and don’t want to leave.
